Landscapes

Before I started taking pictures for this assignment, I knew I wanted to capture a lot of patterns; textures and lines. I started in my yard and ended up driving back roads through Starksboro, Monkton and Charlotte. I think all of my pictures demonstrate what I was going for with these landscapes. I could take landscape pictures all day!

  2. Great job! The fifth one is my favorite, because I like how the clouds are so bright. I also like how in the next one you can see the shadow from the clouds on the tops of the hills.

  3. I like how some of the pictures are almost two different subjects, the land forms and the cloud forms. it makes you look around the photo and take it all in.

  4. My favorite photo is the fifth one, the way you captured the mountains and clouds in the picture make it very appealing. Vermont's natural beauty is amazing!

  8. Wow, those shots that you got with the hills and mountains in the background are great! Its cool to see some of those picture's scenery going for miles and miles into the background. It looks like you had a nice clear sky day to get those pictures. They turned out really well.

  11. All of the shots are awesome! We really have lucked out lately with the weather. Such amazing light. And you have taken complete advantage of this and provided us with some amazing photography. All of these have really great shapes and textures. The first and second photographs are by far the best and really show a sensitivity to great image structure, exposure, and texture. Keep up the great work!
